On May 21st, me and my dad went metal detecting at an old homesite in the middle of the woods. The story behind how I found this site is interesting.

When I was around 5 or 6, I started having a dream of an old house in the middle of the woods. I kept on having this dream, and it was creeping me out. Eventually I stopped having the dream, but last September, out of nowhere, I had the dream again. I wanted to see if this place was actually there, so I looked at Google Maps, and sure enough, it was there.

So me and my dad were able to go there today. We both found some nice stuff. My dad found an old milk bottle, and an old buckel. I found an old Fanta bottle, an old part to a lantern, and a 30 caliber bullet shell.

It was a nice day out in the woods, and hopefully we can get back to this place soon.
