Hi Everyone, I took a hour drive and met up with mike for some detecting this morning, The first stop we made was the older school yard where we have had some luck. We detected for two hours at this area, and managed to dig a few with wheats and some clad and Mike dug a casino token and some clad. Our second stop was a field area where we have dug 7 silver coins from, in our last two hunts there. It turned out to be a good afternoon, i dug three Mercury dimes and a Roosevelt. The three mercs were dug in a half hour time frame, and winding down the hunt, i dug the Roosevelt. I ended the hunt with 4 silver coins & 6 wheats with some clad. Mike had 5 wheats with some clad change. We spent around 8 hours detecting for the day. I tried to do full digs on the 80 reading so the video clips are a tad long. We will definitely go back and hit this site.
I hope you enjoy the video, Thanks for watching and best of luck on your next hunt ! HH DaveMetal Detecting Michigan Field Of Silver August 14, 2010
