Metal Detecting In Central IL Today?

$%#t head!:rofl::stretcher::blink::spin: There's always got to be one in the crowd! :surrender:

I went yesterday, Can't remember the last time I hunted 6 days out of 7. Might be a while till we can go again. They are calling for 40+ degrees Monday, but then it is back into the freezer.

That is a good bet, I remember many years that I have hunted in all 12...... none in the last 5 or 6 years though, those winters were tough ones.

Temps in the 40's again but I bet the ground will a little frosty....... I think I'm done until the February thaw.

Its looking like I will be doing a lot of traveling for working the next two months so I don't expect to get out until some time in April. Unless I can find someone in Victoria, TX that will take me under their wing will I'm down there.

Jeff, put a post on the Metal Detecting Forum above. Tell them when and where you will be and you might be surprised.

Not today "lol", but I predict that we should be able to hunt in all 12 months this year.

I really hope your prediction comes true. I know I am ready to get back out.
