Buy a new one from Andy! He wrote a nice little note in the one I ordered from him. Pretty decent fella!
 
Andy has an ebay store. Just type it in the search bar once your on the site. Well worth the money.
 
I bought his book when it first came out . Its a good read and very informative , lots of tips and hints and such. Take your time reading it.. It will definitely help in getting to know your machine. HH
