Metal detecing booth in Detroit Boat show

I will have a metal detecting booth at the Detroit Boat Show at Cobo Hall from Friday till next Sunday. I am VERY excited about it to raise awareness about what a dive flag is and what kind of history is hiding under the waves in the lakes.

I will have a nice display of finds including a couple of WW1 100lb practice bombs and a Lewis machine gun magazine and a lot of other finds that were made with my Fisher CZ-21's. Fisher was kind enough to send me the parts I needed to make one machine look like new. I am using that one as one for the kids to find a coin in the sand. I just finished my sandbox yesterday.

The main machine will stay on the posts and the kids can use the head pones and the detector. I have a lot of shells to put in the sand and the finishing touches will be done when I get set up. I am super excited.

I also will have three dive flags on display and a sign telling boaters the law about staying 200' away. I hope I can bring awareness to us in a positive way and NOT be propeller bait anytime soon. This show is HUGE. I am happy I have something to do for a week when I can't detect in 3' of snow.

Now thats AWESOME!:clapping::clapping: You are going to meet a lot of people! who knows? You might get some sort of future carved out at a resort in the Carib or something?
Then, you can dive year round! I'm excited for you! Keep us posted as to the outcome, if I can make it across, I'll try to be there!
