Gotta give credit for trying at the snow hill, but as long as they play may be reason enough to go back sometime.

There are several hills in the area (various towns) that have been sledding hills for over a hundred years..One is on a golf course that is off limits to detectors.I am going to ask permission to hunt it in the Spring, and see if I can't talk the grounds keeper into cutting the grass for me..They leave it long in the Fall to limit sledding..With a Ground sweep coil on the "V",bringing lunch, it would be an all day affair very easily....I will not make any assumptions before searching. After. I'll have an idea of what was lost, if anything.....cordially Nad
