Medical Value of Oil of Oregano

Very strong tasting oil. Kinda smells like turpentine or pine-sol. I just started taking it with a liquid diet (protein shakes, broth, water) for a calming and healing of my intestinal tract. I have another three weeks of this diet.
I miss real food....but trying to keep from going into the hospital.

We used to buy the Oil of Oregano in gel cap form. Was great for when we had tooth aches as it fought the infection. Just can't find that on the shelves anywhere any more - figure the pill pusher companies got the government to ban it
