Meager finds.

Got out for about three hours before the rain started. Hit a couple of school playgrounds and at least paid for my gas.........:) Total was 18 quarters, 15 dimes, 18 nickles, 68 pennies, 1 Sacajawea dollar, 1 play token, 1 1953 wheat penny for a total of $8.59. I also got the smallest silver ring that I have ever found, a unicorn pendant and a small silver cross. Heading back to this old town tomorrow where my dad was born and do some scouting around and also try and get some more information from some of the old timers at the museum. HH.

Those are nice digs if you ask me! But I am only on my second day with the Exp2.
Keep it up Eddie!

Thanks Marcus. Clad coins to me are just meager. When you find the good places and start finding the old silver then that's what it's all about.....:) You will eventually start finding the silver and if this hobby isn't in your blood now then it won't be long before it is......:) HH.

That is one of the first things I tell my wife is that " I paid for the gas today" Then she doesnt say to much. Even if I find something cool. It just doesnt phase her. But I all ways say the gas is paid for!

Thanks Randy. I usually do well in the palygrounds around my area, but you are only going to find clad coins. I just had to get out and do some digging and not have to go far from home. It's very good therapy...........:) HH.
