Me & Tejon's first outing

Well-known member
It made it to 34 degrees and I just had get that Tejon out of the house. I got out of the truck ground balanced it and set my other controls, started swinging and I hit my first target in the first 10' of swinging. Played around with pinpoint for a few seconds and thought here goes. Got a w/penny right off the bat, and the pinpointing was (no pun intended) right on the money.

I hunted less than an hour no big finds but I found the Tejon a real joy to run. I know I am not a new-bee to detecting but this is the first Tesoro I ever ran and it is not hard to use at all. I would recommend the Tejon to the new-bee or the experienced.

34 sounds like a heat wave compared to our weather the last few days, we got about 3 inches of ice rain yesterday, many towns around the area lost power. It is 4 below zero as I type this and suppose to get to 12 below tonight. Glad to hear you like the Tejon, I figured that you would, its a real fun to use detector. Really neat playing around with the dual disc. settings. and the tone. Thanks for the Tejon report, I was curious what you were going to think of it. Steve.
