Me and MisSpeedy Went to Another Tot Lot Today

Hi Terri,

I guess I should have mentioned that.

It's a local school lunch token.

I didn't know any schools still had those

until I found that one.

We had lunch tokens that looked like

tax tokens whan I was in grammar school.

That was just before thay invented the candle. lol

Sometimes I feal that old when I get tired though.

Happy Hunting,

Tabdog

Hay Terri,

25 years ago, I use to find a lot of tax tokens and buss tokens and others.

Most were made of cheap metal and deteriating.

I got back in the hobby in July of 2007.

I have only found a couple of those old tokens sense then.

There's got to be some somewhere.

I have seen them on the forums.

Happy Hunting,

Tabdog

Another great hunt! Im still waiting for my baby it comes on Tuesday.
I looked into the history of our local parks and found out some interesting facts!
The one closest to my house that has very tall trees was once a car campsite in the 1920s to 40s and it saw over 3,000 cars in some summers!
Can't wait to MD that area! It also has a newer tot lot, so it might be my monthly hunt until I learn all my basics!

Hope Ms Speedie continues her loving ways.

John
