Wow nice haul Pan how deep was the buffalo?
most all of the older coins I found were about 8" the merc was probably around 7". There was 1 wheat deeper at 9" +/-.Explorer.se said:

About 30 years ago a friend found a peace dollar there.. I'm hoping my first is still waiting for me to find there.. fingers crossed..
