Hello all!

I got my first Wheat... but its welded to what looks like a silve dime... I get better photo's of that up... I had fun... :)

I got my first spill as well.. On my BH LandStar, it showed as solid in the quarter area, but the pinpoining was strange as it was a much larger area then a coin... but it was jumping dime, quarter, etc...

I popped the plug and there was a quarter and a nickel... scan... more :) another quarter... and a dime... scan again... more and the last dime... oldest there was a '65 dime... missed my 1st silver by 1 year...

very nice....too bad the wheat was stuck to the other coin. is there a way to seperate them without damaging them? hh

Soak those two coins in olive oil and see if they loosen up, or else...boil them...see if the corrosion will loosen enough to get them apart without defacing them...
I have not had much luck with stuck coppers...nickles, dimes and quarters usually do not stick like that...

HH,
