How do you do a master reset of the V3i. I don't want to just set programs back to defaults I want to reset it back to all the factory settings.

White's does not endorse the consumer doing a Master reset, you might want to call service and see if they would be willing to walk you through the process.

After reading a few more things about doing a master reset I've decided it is not a good thing to do. I'm selling it and I thought they might want it cleaned up. I'll let the new owner decide for himself. Thanks for the replies.
