WOW= was kinda wondering on how the batteries would hold up, am still running on the stock Ray O Vacs from Malasia, got bunch of hours on them and still got 3 bars of power left, I think with Energizers or Duracell, should run at least 50 - 60 hours, sure seems like a miser on using the ol' batteries==I like it==, Turning out to be a Whole Gud Super Fine Detector==:garrett:

Yeah, those six C-cell batteries seem to last forever.:wiggle:I've got the same rechargeables that I've had for several years now.:detecting:
All those big batteries act as a great counter weight to perfectly balance the unit as I cradle it in my fingers. Only time I use that arm rest extension is when I'm usin' that big heavy 10"x14" DD search coil.:biggrin:
