She is Whites customer service representative in Sweet Home, OR. I recently sold my Whites MX5, and I wanted to get another 9" spider coil for my MXT Pro to replace the one that came on the MX5. I only live about 25 miles from their main office in Sweet Home. I called to see if they had one in stock and the lady that I talked said that they did. So I drove over there expecting to pay $150.00 for a new coil. When I got over there, Mary came out of her office with a 9" spider coil and told me that I could have it, NO CHARGE. She said it was one that they had on a demo machine, and it had a few scuffs on the bottom, and a little dirt on it, so she didn't want to put it on another demo machine. So I went over there expecting to pay $150.00, and walked out with a FREE coil. After I cleaned it up it looks almost brand new. Thanks Mary!
