While some may call the introduction of new products as hype, in reality it falls into the category of marketing... You must remember that the appeal is to a market that is relatively uneducated as to how a machine works...or to it capability.... To the "savvy" user, it is a whole different story... The viewpoint is totally different...with years of detecting "under the belt" somethings may seem to fall into the area of hype. That user will make his/her judgements on how the machine actually performs.While those who fall into the category of "general public" make decisions on marketing (advertising).So in reality, it all depends......
