I was wondering what percentage of these type of signals end up being something good like a coin, etc. What percentage of these signals contribute to your finds. The reason I"m asking is because when I"m searching a 200 acre field trying to save time focusing on what I"m trying to locate in the fields . Thank You for your inputs and opinions

Ezra,

One thing I have noticed is that some really deep non-ferrous targets (on the edge of detection) will null.

I have investigated these types of signals at the beach and SOME nulls have turned into good targets.

You only need to scrape away an inch or two of sand and suddenly the nice tone is revealed.

Tony.

Just the other day i got my deepest find yet. I could barely hear it but because of the targets around this signal i new it had to be good. It sure was a nice 14k. Ring. Once the shallow targets are found persistence pays off......
