Watch is a Tag Heuer Aquaracer ($1100) from seven feet of water most of which is still in my nose and stomach. There's also a BVLGARI band (18.2 gr. that scratches as 14 but the jury is stil out on it's authenticity). The one left of center has 8 diamonds (14k 8 gr. and the chain is 18k 9.5 gr.

I'd say you earned the watch! Nice haul!!

At 7 feet deep, were you snorkeling?

Nice collection of Rings. Always speeds the heartbeat just a big when a ring shows up.

ps enjoying the book

Ya, to compete where I hunt it's necessary to work some deep water. Guys there are former conch divers and spear fishers, so they are well versed. I use a "T" handle on my scoop to dash in and bounce to the surface a few times before it gets too exausting. Mind you when there's a chop it's hard to breech cleanly and you wind up with a refreshing gulp of salt water. (Better than nothing). Then over a few minutes you get a bit of seepage into the mask which winds up in your nose. I wish someone would invent a true "dry snorkel" or a small device for this type of work (the "Dive Man" is banned everywhere so it can't be that safe).

No matter what machine you are using watches with a lot of stainless on them give that nice clean sound that says "dig".

Nice ticker Clive
Seeing this has just brought back memories of finding a $5000.00 Tag Heuer watch a few years back in rough surf for a distraught husband on the beach. The couple offered me a handsome reward if I could find the expensive lost 20 year wedding anniversary present for them, I really should have framed that $20.00 reward they gave me.

Very nice haul Clive,

And the watch is nice looking one. Nice of them to lose a water resistant watch.

Please forgive MY post above from Sid (Kid Silver). He was at my house a few days ago and I helped him through the process of posting a picture of his finds on the V3 forum. Seems that he didn't log off when he finished and when I jumped on I didn't look to see that it was me! :crylol:

Anyway, great finds! And I am enjoying your book.

Ya, some DF some Aqua--mind you it's the Aqua that shines on the small stuff--sensitive as the DF is.
