Manticore Headphones?

I don't know if this has been discussed, but has anyone heard about the wireless headphones for the Manticore? Specifically, will they be water/rain resistant? That is one of the big issues I have with my Nox 800 wireless headphones-not water resistant at all.

They solved that problem a long time ago it's called a hood LOL Now under water and wireless would be a real game changer in my opinion.

I don't think it can be done wireless underwater the deus needs a wire to connect.

Wireless rain and water resistant headphones are available for the Deus 2. Hoping they will do the same for the Manticore. Using a rain coat hood when it is 90 degrees, high humidity an just lightly raining is no bueno. The current Minelab wireless headphones can't even tolerate a light rain or splash.

They did say it comes with headphones but no one asked your questions, nor did minelab say anything. The NOX didn’t come with waterproof headphones, right, you had to purchase separate?

The 800 comes with ML 80 wireless headphones which are not water resistant. Minelab does not offer any wireless ones that are wr. The only water resistant ones I found were from Quest. Tried them and they were junk, didn't keep a good connection.

I use Tony Eisenhower waterproof wired headphones with my 800 when it rains. So far they have been excellent. Seems that the frequencies that are used for the bluetooth headphones cannot penetrate water. Not been in the water with the 800. I use my Excalibur for water junting.
The Gigmaster seems to have found why some 600 & 800's leak.......around the charging port. Hmmm.......
