Just a humorous aside. I was detecting at San Francisco's Alta Plaza Park, which is an old park located in the Pacific Heights area. This is a park known for it's silver. Anyway, it was around 4PM, and lots of locals were walking their dogs and socializing as they do around that time. I got an interesting signal and was on my knees digging out a plug, when a couple of cute pooches came over and started digging along with me. The folks around me were bustin' a gut. And these two little guys would follow me wherever I went and dig along with me whenever I started digging. You gotta love 'em. :)

Thats great. I was just there Sunday for about 6 hours.. pulled 2 Barber dimes and a murc.. Did you notice all of the fresh plugs from other detectorist? I ran into several dozen..

I did see some plugs up top toward Jackson St. I didn't know this place was so popular with MDers. Oldest I've found there is a 39 Murc. But I know there's still more waiting to be found.

Funny story, similar thing happened to me recently, the young pups are so curious!

Better than a motor Lesche digger :surprised:

That's really cool... Digging with kibbles and bits.... Lol
