The last shooter was the only one that did well behind that brute!!

I wonder how many of the shooters ended up under a doctors care?

A couple of them had no upper arm padding at all!

Others held the butt too high!

I saw three high speed photos of Elmer Kieth in a gun mag years ago taken as he shot a .50 Cal. Machine Gun chambered bolt action rifle.

He was a masochistic, pint sized shooter that had a "thing" for big guns!!

In the first picture taken when he touched off the shot he is standing upright and leaning into the stock a little.

The second picture showed the rifle's fore-stock lifted maybe six inches off his hand and his body starting to move back past the upright position.

The third shot showed the barrel pointing straight up and him on one leg with the other way off the ground as he staggered back!

His comment was about how it was a great gun!

As I recall he didn't shoot it often in a day for the article.

Modern engineering has tamed this beast of a caliber and snipers use it for amazing shots over un-believable ranges,

Seems to be a lot of middle eastern people shooting this gun.

That explains a lot. I've been to my fair share of shooting ranges in my life and I just haven't seen many, if any, middle easterners at them. It just seemed odd that there were so many at that range. Also somewhat odd, why would someone let their gun be abused like that? For me, one drop of my gun and the game's over. It's all fun and games until someone bends a barrel. :D

He is filthy rich and delights in tormenting his staff. That is his personal range. Can't elaborate here on the forum without swearing big time:rolleyes:
