MAN OH MAN, HAVE I GOT PROBLEMS

Unpacked my NEW XT50, put it all together and here ya go. NO DISPLAY ON THE FACE. The company I bought it from a couple weeks ago, has sold his business and here's me a BRAND NEW MACHINE that don't work. I'm in Ontario Canada and I can't even get MINELABS site to open on my slow old telephone lines. WHAT'S AN OLD FELLA TO DO???????

Thanks Bob, dang, a fella shouldn't have to spend another $20.00 or $25.00 to send the thing back. Holy cow, it broke me tryin to buy the thing.

Whether the guy sold his business or not, the new owner and Minelab should be willing to help you out.

Make sure you have good batteries and they are facing the proper direction, that would be a good start if you haven't already.

Did you talk to Sandy at Minelab? I just received a faulty coil, see is sending me a new one with a prepaid UPS label to send the old one back. Give her a call at 702-891-8809 or e-mail her and explain the situation

Spoke with Sandy this morning, she stated they'd pay to ship it back when it's repaired. She said she would send some goodies back with it, I have no idea what she meant, I know one thing for sure, I wish I had kept my little ACE 250 for a back up, ground is now thawing here in Ontario and I'm real anxious to get out. I don't imagine I'll see my machine for at least 3 weeks. I'm really disappointed for sure.
