It was a good one, couldn't watch it on tv, darn it, but it blew long and steady at around 60mph with gusts close to 100mph for about 18 hrs.
Hot showers tonight, thank goodness!!!!
Still gas shortages and limited access everywhere. There's still thousands without power and will be a week before things are all back on. The damage will take a long time to clean up, but we only lost a few shingles and trees along my creek. I think 100 yr. old house has been thru this before, she held up well
Heard reports of looting in Aberdeen, If I could get there maybe I'd go pick-up a new big screen tv :surprised: fistfights at the few gas station that are open and not a flashlight battery left in a store for 50 miles.

l4 foot of water on the runway near Fort Lewis. No telling how long i5 will be down. Bridges are either missing or in need of inspection on the Chehalis river system.
Here in Longview (on the Columbia river) it was a sunny t-shirt kind of day. Lots of people breathing a sigh of relief our dikes held.
