I got back home from the bay area and boy what a difference! It Hit the 100* mark yesterday. I would assume that's why so little posts lately. So I figured Id let everyone in on a research tip i have not seen anyone offer up on a forum before. It may be there but I've not seen it. I talked about demographics for neighborhoods before but you might wonder where I get that info.
OK Its so simple I have to let the cat out of the bag I know it will create competition for me and the gold but hey I like it almost as much when someone else finds something good (ALMOST).

Scroll through this example of a Sacramento neighborhood and see what you can find out.
Tons of info right down to the parks. What you use it for is up to you but for me it targeting inland gold.
Basically I hope you all ignore this but I feel better because at least I gave you a fighting chance!
