Man I'm getting annoyed for this slow net connection.

Went over the limit last week (2 megs) and are now operating at half dial up speed. It's been over a week now and still got a couple of days to go before we are back to normal. Took the oportunity to update our net plan. That will massively increase our download speed to 9 megs a second. Currently 510kbs per second. Very frustrating.
Pulling an all nighter tonight. Although it's Monday tomorrow, I've got the day off. Currenty watching my brother progress on ShipAIS Folkestone map, as he swims accross the English Chanel along side the Pace Arrow. He's approaching the half way point as I type this. It's looking good.

Hi Ron.
Unfortunately It looks like he failed in the attempt. His boat went off radar a number of times, but I spoted it heading back to England at 13 knots. he almost got to halh way from what I saw. I'll get the details later. he'll send out an e-mail letting us know what happened. I guess I'd better go to bed, it's closing in on 2am here.
