I Am Having A Tuff Shed Put Up (18x20) Would Have Built It My Self BUT The City Wants Too Take (Steal) 15 Feet Of My Property To Give To Some One Who Says He Has To Have It To Get To A Small Piece Of Property So Some One Can Build A House---Land Is About 40x30 And He Wants $100,000 For It---Land Went Crazy Here In The Last 2-3 Years BUT Has Cooled A Lot In The Last 6 Mo.---Some Are Already Losing Houses They Had Built A Year Ago !
