Was up most of the night babysitting the pig! I wanted to be sure he wouldn't get out of the roaster! When he was done, he and I jumped in the truck and drove an hour to the big shindig! Spent 2 1/2 hours serving him up and clean up. Drove an hour back home without the pig, they wanted him to stay! Got home cleaned the roaster out and all my supplies. Now I am chillin!
Praise the Lord for the job! :)
