malfunctions, cold and holes

From the land of the Bluenose...well not a totally dismal sort of week with my computer melt down, both Garretts chattering like crazy (not too mention the better half who is already going through the roof about Christmas) and a hole in my passenger rear tire. Did do my good deed trading a fellow my day shifts so that he could attend his church events so I knew my luck was going to change.
Headed out on an artic day to Windsor and meet up with Makinholes who showed me that nice 1741 two reale...awesome coin. Being Saturday we hit a few school/playing fields and were rewarded with cold butts. cold hands, niagara noses and a ton of pennies. Myles ended up with 87 coins @ $5.32 and I 105 coins @ $9.51 including a 67 dime and a nice 51 commerative nickel.

By the end of our day both of us were up for a Tim's and a little snuggling with our respective better halfs once we got home to thaw out!

Sure glad you were able to mix some good luck in with this run of bad luck you seem to be having. Sounds like a good day except for the freezing, Artic cold, parts. Getting ready for a little of that Canadian cold air down here by tomorrow. At 1:00 pm CST it's 80
