I just purchased a Makro Racer Pro Pack, and I have a question about the warranty. Do I just fill out the warranty card and keep it for my records? There was no self addressed portion to tear off and send in. I went on to the Makro website and there was no place on their website to register it on-line. Thanks
Same question here! Was going to post. That's one maybe for Dilek chime in on. The dealer I got mine from was going out of business, hope he did what he was supposed to do...? If anything ...?
HH !
DO NOT loose your all important purchase receipt!---I think that is all that's required should (under warranty) service be necessary.

I have 2 racers , one was a bday gift i have the warrenty card from the box . but i did not recieve the reciept when it was purchased they did not recieve a piece of paper just an electronic reciept.
The racer is one of the first ones bought it has the coil with the thin ears, so i am concerned if it ever needs warrenty work.
is the warrenty card enough or what should i do?
I was told by the dealer I bought my racer from that all you need to do is provide a copy of the original receipt for warranty work. No need to send in the warranty card.

Your warranty card with the serial number is sufficient. Do not worry, we don't make it hard for the customers when they need support.
We always stand by our customers - not only before sales but also after sales.
