Making a Push Cart for the COILTEK Mother Ship

This is a wooden push cart for the 20 x 40 Mother Ship Coil. Available in Mono, DD, or Anti-Interference.

This cart is perfectly balanced and relatively easy to build. I have supplied dimensions for the wood.

This is being used primarily for looking for Meteorites.

The wood used in this is 2 by 1 1/8 inch lumber. The tires are 15 inches.

Doc, a couple of years ago I bought Chris's old coiltec(24"x44"?) coil and wood trolley. Their's had a bit more metal than I preferred, so I built one out of 1"PVC. Very lightweight and no metal. The back vertical piece is slip tight and rotates up out of the way. I opted to leave the upper shaft on the detector to convert back easily.[attachment 49307 111_1195676x507507x380.jpg]

hobby never fails to amaze me. That is really slick. I wonder how many peope would love to have a detector they could push as opposed to swing? There have been days when I would have loved to not had to swing a coil. Those hot Arizaona days when it is about 112 degrees out.
