Makers Mark

Can anybody identify this makers mark. It is on a silver knife I found. Looks like a deer head or elk head. Who was the maker?
 
Can you post a pic of the knife, Might be easier to find a match to the knife and find the maker that way instead of searching for an unknown mark.

Their mark varies greatly and could perhaps narrow down the time period it was made. Below is the only other example I've found without letters but the second example has the same mark WITH letters.

This next image shows a few examples of the maker and the SECOND mark shows the sideways deer head.
