I was looking for infos on magnum force coils, when I read the following:

Very sad news. Truly called 'the wizard of the loop'.

I was talking to Eric Foster the other day who is behind the design of many of the worlds P.I. machines as well as the one's he produces himself.
We decided we are all getting older. Many of the most innovative designers are now at or beyond normal retirement age but love of detecting and design keeps them working. I wonder if that will be true in the future as designs move from being hardware based to software ?
