If you have a driveway with gravel, dirt or such the magnet will clean it out. I could not believe the number of nails, screws, staples, etc that came from my gravel drive. I have done it a few times over the years and still get things. Each fair sized item is a possible 20 dollar tire repair.

I thought of going house to house and asking 10 cents for each item found. I'd probably make a fortune ! steve in so az
 
I would just ask $20 per drive! Unless it is very long! My brother had one to pick up after roofing jobs! Maybe you could do around the houses also?
