Had to cut my time at work so left an hour early. Gave me a chance to get an early start before it got too hot. Went to 3 places (Was asked to leave the first only because the school was holding session and didn't want me on the grounds while the kids were there, Wasn't finding that much there anyway.)
The second place just kept producing and producing. Finally had to leave to get out of the heat and answer the call of nature so went to the local Farmers Market - which was closed
Luckily for me there was a small park there with a playground, a water fountain and bathrooms that were open for a change. Took care of my human needs then took a walk around the playground. Eyeballed an ink pen - almost brand new and a pair of sun glasses - kinda messed up - but got them back into like new shape now.
I hesitated to hunt this playground for a long time figuring there would be too much trash from the winos and others who just don't care to take of their trash. How wrong that assumption turned out to be. I found only 2 pulltabs and 2 bottle caps. That was all the trash!
Here is the days finds:

Coins totalled: 139 coins = $4.87
Found this ring which turned out to be gold plated and the plating is coming off

This token is for the local CATA (Capital Area Transit Association) bus service

Here is a nice silver heart necklace pendent:

While digging up a dime, I noticed the chain first so dug carefully recovering the dime, this silver chain and silver gun pendent and then a nickel as well.
<p align=left><img src="http://coinshooter.owly.net/062905/Necklace.jpg"></p></left>
Now remember I said I didn't want to hunt the playground thinking it was full of trash? Well it produced these 2 Wheat pennies - a 1918 and a 1957-D

God seems to be so ever present lately. With all the great finds He has helped me to discover and share with you He has provided 'hints' that He is here.
2 examples are things at work. A balloon the other day came floating from the ceiling - losing its helium. As I was cleaning the carpets, I saw it slowly coming down and then I saw it had worked its way under a clothing rack. Figured I should get it before some kid did. The balloon had print on it which read: "Smile. Jesus loves you".
This morning while sweeping under a display I found a cloth and plastic bracelet - one of those cheap looking outfits. On the cloth band it read:
"Jesus Loves Me" and when the connecting pieces were strapped around my wrist and connected there appeared a black cross in the middle of a pink circle.
How this blesses everyone's heart as it did mine. I gave the balloon to Sherry when I got home and the bracelet I gave to Casey.
