Made in China?

I just read on a local forum that our beloved T2 is made in China.
I checked it and couldn't find any label or whatever on my machine. Is that really so?

K.J... Gosh... I will respond... I believe it is assembled in Texas... I know mine was... but possibly some of
the components making up the whole came from China other world wide areas including the U.S.A...

thanks Parrott. Thought was a sensible issue also in the US, as it is now in Europe
I couldn't find any "made in China" sticker or indication on mine, but I bought it over 1 and a half year ago, I don't know for the last productions. People are saying the same for the new Fishers.

Thanks,I also thought so! But rumours were spread on an italian forum that T2 and the new F75 , F2 and F4 were made in China, just assembled in the US.

You must know that T2 is loved and hated over here: there are true believers (like me) which are very happy with it and then those trying to destroy its reputation. They tried to do that by comparing it with F75 but clearly failed, so now they're looking for other flaws

The electronic parts may have been made in Japan or China. Seems most of them are, but they are put together right here.
