M6

Took my M6 with my new 4X6 DD out for less than 1 hour and walked away with 12 coins in a park that I have hunted many times with high end MD's. The M6 with the DD is a killer. Can't wait for better weather.

Do remember if two fellows hunt together with a like Whites detector(same freq.) you will hear crosstalk if close and even if a bit farther away probably going to affect each others units rel efficiency.

I remember this from when I had an XLT and went to a hunt at a Jersey beach. It was a disaster for about 6 of us.

Using no disc. with dd coils I see to find more coins. I'm using the excel 5" and 8" coils. Also I notice better depth. HH

Finding the same here rob and using the 5" and 4.5"x7" EXcelerator coils almost exclusively. It appears to me the M6 was designed for this type hunting and using 0 disc ,small coils and tone ID is a winner with this detector, especially at the trashy hunted out parks and schools i mostly detect. It isn't the MXT's little brother but a sniper for an urban swat team in my opinion. HH Bill
