M6 & the 5.3 coil hit a dime today at 8"

this new coil is really great i hit a dime at 8" i first got a faint signal , no vdi then i moved 2" of sand and got a 94 vdi kept digging and at 8" i found a green clump of dirt whith a dime in the center ground was wet and the corosion helped im shure it was at coon lake beach in anoka county minnesota i was geting mant hits below 6" and found an earing to its almost to deep

will nail a silver dime at 8" in my test garden. All the posts I read claimed the 5.3 was deeper than the 9.5 stock because you could jack up the sensitivity...but I wouldn't have believed it until I tested it myself. The m6 and xl pro are both killer coin shooters...but deadly with that 5.3 coil. You will love it and probably won't take it off.

Very nice Gunnar, my deepest hit with the Eclipse 5.3 on my dfx was also a dime at 7.5 It is a great coil!

I have been wondering whether to swap out the 10" eclipse for the 5.3 maybe I should ......? or even the concentric 5.3.....
