M6 question...

Probably the shortest post Monte ever made. Sure a wealth of info and and keep up the excellent posts Monte...VCO sure gives a dead on pinpoint but lacks the sizing ability and audio variances of a convential pinpoint...The ability to use either on past Whites machines was a plus but not seeing any M6 units on the classifieds and hearing super feedback see Whites has produced another winner...

Hey Dan your right about both, Monte posting a 3 letter reply was surprising as I was all set to learn more about VCO, darn.

Your also right about the M6 being a winner, I didn't have any problems Pinpointing with the 9" and now using the 5.3 its even better.

The M6 is more like a Stealth machine, when all the noise was being made about the Xterra's and the T2, the M6 sorta snuck in under the radar. I almost bought a Xterra 50 myself, but had second thoughts after reading about various issues that people where having with them. Well I had the itch for a new machine, so I saw the M6 on the Whites web site and bought one from the local dealer. All that I can say about it is Excellent, just about the most bang for the buck you will get with a detector.

I have known Monte for years thru E-mails and posts and even though know quite a bit myself he sure is the go to guy as he sure is a wealth of knowledge..If we didn't live so far away would pay him a visit and shake his hand for his contributions to the hobby. Man that would be some BS session...
