does anyone know the weight of the m6. also is it a dual frequency detector or single. if it is a single then how does it have a beach mode. i always thought that you needed a dual freq for a beach mode like the fisher CZ SERIES. THANKS A LOT
 
Single frequency, same freq as MXT.

You don't really need dual frequencies for beach hunting, though it helps. The beach mode extends the GB so it can GB in the wet salt. I don't know the weight off hand, but it should be darn close to that of an MXT. HH.
