M6 problem anyone?

If you cleaned it with a wet rag or let it get rained-on, that's your problem. Otherwise, there could be moisture inside. I'd put mine in the sun and let it sit there for an afternoon, or all day. If there's moisture inside, that MIGHT fix it. Otherwise: off to the repairman. Good luck. My MXT did the same thing when I cleaned it with a WET rag; never again. Now I just use a slightly DAMP rag. It took two hours of hunting in the sun for the screen to re-appear, though it still found coins and beeped.
