M6 hits the beach.

Took the M6 to the beach today and had a good hunt.Coins,a bracelet, three junk rings and an 18 carat diamond ring with decent sized stones.

Nice finds.. If the small pile is all your junk, that's a fantastic good target to junk ratio..(What's your secret?). .. Also, what coil were you using on the m6? Dry or wet sand? and how deep were the targets? thanks

Ill say it again you have one great beach there. Are you the only guy who hunts it ?

Way to go!

Hi Pepa,i always use the super 12(300) coil on the M6......better coverage and a little more depth than the 950,no discrim and sens up to the shaded area. The finds come out at varying depths, sometimes coins can be found lying on the surface and sometimes they are on the limit of the detector. The gold ring was fairly deep(in the second scoop) but I can't say in inches as it would just be a guess. All finds are coming out of the wet sand from the low tide half of the beach.
Hi godigit, unfortunately there are others that hunt there and they find as well lol.We all get on great and share info about the best find areas etc.......the beach yeilds finds over a big area so we all o home happy. Here is a picture of the beach we search, the tide is nearly half way up the beach so you can imagine how big the beach is at low tide.

Nice find. That's a beautiful beach too. I just recently got an M6 and haven't gotten a chance to use it yet. No beaches around here, just snow covered ground.

Very nice!!!!
Thanks for the View~~~

Im sitting in my office :nerd: dreaming of being out on that beach somewhere.
