M-6 snuffs out toe ring & several coin spills whith V.D.I. + 42

today i went to the sliding hill early becaues its going to be 90and humid got in 1.5 hr of swinging found proof of sliding going on in winter found a torn snow suit zippor and some othe buttons fom jakets plus a sighn that says slid at your own risk found several coin spills that almost fooled me two whear nickle and dime spills that came off as a + 42 the dime and nickle seperated by 2.5 " i was going to pass it up because i thout it was pop can slaw and it was covering a wider earea than a coin but turned out to be a nickle and a dime happend twice found a spot whear anothe detector had been befor me and he did not find his target well the 5.3 eclipse coil zeroed right in on it a small button found 6 dimes 3 nickles 12 pennys and over in the wood chips i found a toe ring that says @MGA instead of 14k has a big B on it and a small stone in the B tetter to hot to hunt now scaned the hill prety good no rings

Good going on finding what others have left behind from detecting. That's always a blast!!!

I'm planning on getting one of the 5.3 coils once I save up some money for it. Sounds like you are doing well with it.

What i like about the 5.3 coil is, it is lighter, its smaller size can get you into ereas that the 9.5 willnot fit ,and when around playgrounds whith metal posts you can get closer especialy if the sens is turned down and as far as i can tell it gets down as deep as the 9.5 coil i found a dime on a beach down a full 8" now the dime was green and had a hallo and the sand was wet and i only got a faint signal no v.d.i so i brushed away 2" of sand and got a good v.d.i so six inches really but yesterday i foundan aluminum can at 12" giving a +77 the 9.5 coil will go off 2 ft away from a metal pipe in the playground .one thing about the 5.3 is you have to moove slower .one coil i want is the hot foot for sure next
