My first one inch numeral "7"..... to think the probablity that the soldier who wore this may have eventually been killed at the Little Big Horn is very very good!!! Will look awesome with my CW cross sabers found almost 20 years ago along the Yellowstone River.

Now for the slim pickens...did manage a decent friction primer and a perfect button.

have the places around here. I spend all my hunting time looking for silver in hunted out parks. You sure seem to find some neat stuff. Maybe someday I'll get to try my luck at a site like you hit.

I don't know what machine found that one. It was found by a member of our GPAA club on our last outing. I managed a little over a half OZ (.55) nugget and two other smaller (5 grains each) nuggets. Yes those were found with the new addition and the stock coil. I am not going to purchase any new accessories until I have paid off my machine with the gold I find..... Then I'll splurge! :) BTW, new house should be ready in a month or so.

THere are lots of old sites like I hunt. Way more than I have here. I travel many hours to get to go where I go and I prefer the old coins. To find them, I have to hunt the old sites. Good luck.... If you want, i can give you a few leads, but the tracking down is up to you. Where do you live?
