I went detecting Saturday morning, with a slight breeze, cooler temperatures, humid ground, and my ACE 250. Hit two fields and found this great big bronze coin. It seems like all the goodies are in the areas where the grass is taller and thicker.
I'm gonna go through the same fields next week after work, maybe there might be more surprises.:thumbup:

Nice find.....it looks more like a lead bale seal to me, used to find lots of them back in Scotland-good fun tracing them though...... try here:
