Loving the new Vaquero !!!!!

Mark

New member
Had my new Vaquero now for two days. Love it!!!

I cannot say enough about this machine.

Very light weight, extremely easy to ground balance and use overall. Pinpointing is very, very accurate.

No major finds yet but tons of clad and some kids jewelry. The Vaquero loves our Canadian coins.

As far as depth goes, I really can't say yet but I am finding stuff every few feet. Maybe the deepest coin I have dug so far was about 7 inches or right up to the bottom red part of the Lesche.

If anyone is sitting on the fence about whether to pick one of these up or not.......don't wait!!

You will not be dissapointed. This is just my opinion, but after using another major brand for a while ( Fisher ), Tesoro wins hands down !!

I am not putting down Fisher, they are obviously very succesful but the Tesoro machine wins in every category. Batteries, weight, price, ease of use, ect.

Again, this is just my opinion based on my own brief experience.

Anyway, hunting just got REALLY fun again!!!

A few more months of pulling up clad like this and I will then be the proud owner of a "Tiger Shark"

Tesoro.............where have you been all my life?????

Good luck to all out there!!!

Mark,

Looked at the Vaquero, but it looked like a version of the Eldorado to me. Have you ever own an Eldo? and if so what would be the differance?

Anybody?

Just for the record, I love Tesoro product's and I'm just curoius.

The Vaquero is my first Tesoro, and I can assure you it will not be my last!!

Sorry I cannot comment on The Eldorado as I have never owned one, but, if it is anything like the Vaquero, then I don't think you could go wrong with that either.

I cannot stress enough how much I love this new detector!! Again, today I was out for a few hours, and walked back to the car lop sidded as I had so much clad in my right pants pocket!!

No major finds today as far as rings or any older coins go, but this is just a matter of not having the coil over them. It's just a matter of time!!

Like I said in the last post, I used a mid-range F****R for a while, and just recently traded in my W****S top of the line detector and now wish I had a Tesoro all along!!!

Again, clad like this everyday and I will have my Tiger Shark by mid summer!!!!

Good luck to all,

Mark
