Seems that the vacant apartment at Ray's duplex is fixing to be occupied by a single female. Lets keep our fingers crossed for ole Bean ;) :thumbup:
 
few beers and boy did she yack on and on about her problems with her kids that still live with her with their new babies and I think one of the girls boyfriends. Needless to say, I am a very good listener and the more I listen the more I fell out of love, like real quick :lol:

I decided that maybe this was not a good fit for me, ya think!!!!!!!
