Lots of musket balls!

Does anyone else find copper artifacts? Ive been diving an area for the past three summers and have found lots of musket balls and copper tools and pieces, finally found an old coin there today it a 1853 large cent!

HELP! I forgot how to reduce the pixels of pictures, we have a new computer and I'm how to do it. Can some one help? I promise to show you some great pics! Thanks, Tom.

to get the picture file small enough to post in here it would be easier to change the camera to the setting of vga and that is used for taking pictures to send on emails. If you want to change to pics you have now you can right click on the pic then select edit (and this is done in paint) then click image then click on stretch/skew. Then reduce the hoz. from 100% to a lower number and the vert. to a lower number. Then click on file and save picture and you can get the file smaller that way to post in here.I am sure there is other ways to do this but i am not very good at using computers.

I use Irfanview it free you just hit the resize button and it changes-easy.no on the artifacts-ya must be in a eastern state with colonial ties-only thing in east Tx is rusted junk.try to get a software program installed I woud like to see your finds.as said Irfanview is free and does a number of things-good luck

Thanks for the help, found a bunch more musket balls today and an old flint lock part! I'll work on the pics.

I have to tell you guys are lucky to be able to find these old artifacts. Here in Hawaii we don't have stuff like that!! I wish i could find really old stuff like that!!

You must be able to find your share of jewelry ? I live in Massachusetts and it is very exciting to find colonial period artifacts. Found my share of musket balls, buttons, and other artifacts includinf a 1787 New Jersey copper coin. I still love detecting beaches. I'm sorry I forgot to write that I was addressing
HawaiiMDer. You get to enjoy nice weather year round. I can't detect in the winter, unless I go to where the weather is warm. Many pros and cons as far as geograhics are concerned. Ron
