Lots of color

What shutter speed and f-stop did you use? Remarkably low noise for ISO 1600, mine always seem to be much more grainy.

we all know that little john in fl has a problem with telling the truth......

Nimrod, you can look at the EXIF data by saving a copy and opening it with a photo editor. I made sure to preserve the data.
The TIFF file is beautifull. Too bad I can't post it. (36MB!)

He shot it as a .tif file.......?
How long did it take to write the file in the camera?
John in Fl stretches the facts alot....to suit his own agenda.

I see that you didn't use a flash or AF. You must have good eyes to get a shot that sharp, or you took a lot of shots. I have given up on manual focusing, seems like I always screw it up. But I have to agree with you, that's some very nice color, especially at 1600 ISO.

Yes, I did use AF. It was actually shot through a glass case. I'm surprised the lights in there were well balanced.
I used Picture Window Pro and did a slight blur action before minimum sharpening. If I sharpen it any more the noise would be too visible. I also increased the color saturation a bit.
I shot 3 frames, each slightly framed differently. I used my new monopod.
Hope this helps!
John
P.S.
When are you getting the 20D ? Looks awsome!

How can anyone believe what you say when you make an accusation at me and then can't back it up.....?
