Of the four day Jambalaya Festival we have here in Gonzales,La.every year.If you don't know Gonzales is the Jambalaya Capital of the wourld.Well Betty and I work every year as volunteers( we the one's that sell all the tickets. ).We have one more day to work.Oh,Gen.Ray,We get to eat FREE hehehe
