Lost time is never found again, but Ben Franklin is no longer lost. :detecting:

Since it finally rained a bit today I figured I might as well take advantage of the cooler weather and softer ground to do some detecting. I went to a local campground and targeted the trashiest section I could find. After about 2 hours of slow, methodical hunting the E-trac rang in a shaky, but loud 12-47 and this popped out of the hole from about 3" down (There was a 4" long iron spike a few inches below it). It's my first half for the year, and my first Ben Franklin half ever. I also picked up about a half dozen Wheaties and a handful of clad.

Oops wrong forum... :rage::lol: Could I please get this topic moved to the E-Trac section.?

Good job John. Let me know when you want to go back there.

Nice pice of silver congradulations, on your persistance
